Dec. 21st, 2023 12:07 ambeen having a grand old time sewing these quilt squares from the 2 years past summer quilt along from some store out by my parents.
I've had to skip 2 over so far bc I don't know I think i screwed them up a little when i was cutting the fabric or something?? I'll get back to them. Also don't know what the end product is possibly gonna look like bc they're all so color coordinated... we'll see! I'm not that invested in it anyway but it's good practice for getting back into it.
Tomorrow is the last day of work before we have all next week off for winter break.... the one time of year working at a university actually pays off. I'll be going to my parents house for some of the break & won't be taking my machine with me though. I haven't touched any watercolor in an eternity though, so I might take that stuff with me to work on for some fun.
Trying to not act like i gotta maximize my hobbies while I'm not in class but also want to cram as much of them in as i can.
