temps are rising :(

this is the only time of year i really have any problems with my apartment. for its location and size and price it's still really a great find, so I'm in no rush to move out anytime soon. Not having air conditioning though... it gets rough, especially on a 4th floor and especially with windows that get hit so directly by the sunset.

I feel most bad for fennec though. I can at least wear less clothes and try to cool off, but I think considering how much time in the winter she spends parked right up against the radiator cooking herself alive, she's probably alright. Been spending most of the days sleeping on her tower near an open window, looking more comfortable than I've ever been in my entire life.

Her appetite is noticeably less than usual. Even though I know it's the heat and it's normal, it still gives me anxiety when she won't eat. Probably she'll eat it all overnight when it's a little cooler, we'll see in the morning. She ate some tonight and then threw up, but she's acting normal otherwise. Tomorrow we'll get the standing AC up and running and cool it down in here
